Private Therapy
Access practical, person-centred therapy without needing an NDIS plan. We support private clients who want timely access to psychology and selected allied health services, with clear next steps and flexible telehealth options where appropriate
Who private therapy may suit
Private therapy may be suitable if you are seeking support for yourself, your child or a family member and do not want to wait for other funding pathways. It can also suit clients who are not eligible for NDIS, are waiting for a plan review, or want therapy support outside their current funded supports.
Private therapy may support:
-
Emotional wellbeing and mental health
-
Child, adolescent and family support
-
Functional skills and daily routines
-
Parenting support and behaviour strategies
-
Adjustment, stress, anxiety or low mood
-
Capacity building and practical therapy goals
How private therapy works
You can book online or contact our team to discuss the most appropriate service. We will help confirm whether private therapy, a Mental Health Care Plan pathway, NDIS therapy, or another referral option is the best fit:

Medicare and MHCP options
Some psychology appointments may be eligible for a Medicare rebate when referred by a GP under a Mental Health Care Plan. If you are unsure whether this applies, speak with your GP or contact our team before booking.
